Every body carries its own story. That is why training begins with observing and listening.

Pilates is not a fixed programme to me. It is a way of getting to know your own body more clearly – with patience, curiosity and trust.

My path
I discovered Pilates later in life. That is one reason I understand that a new beginning does not always feel natural. Sometimes it takes courage. More often, it simply takes someone who listens and explains clearly.
What first changed my own movement gradually became my vocation. The physical and mental strength I found through Pilates still accompanies me today. I do not want to pass on one fixed experience. I want to translate it anew for each person.
My aim is not the perfect movement. What matters is that you understand what you are doing, why you are doing it and how it can feel right for your body.
How I work
Every body carries its own story. That is why training begins with observing and listening.
You should not simply perform a movement, but gradually understand what it does in your body.
Your experience, goals and how you feel today shape the session – not a rigid sequence.
